    • Services (e.g., coaching sessions, consultations): Refunds are available if canceled more than 3 days before the scheduled service date. Within 3 days, services are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or rescheduled to a future date.

    • Merchandise and Apparel: Merchandise and apparel can be returned within 14 days of purchase if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Digital Products and Courses: Digital products and courses are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.

    • Subscriptions and Memberships: Non-refundable, but cancellations are allowed at any time to avoid future charges.

  2. Refund Process:

    • For eligible items or services, contact us at bariatricbarbiewellness@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number, purchase details, and the reason for your request.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

    • For merchandise returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method as Bariatric Barbie Wellness Studio is not responsible for lost returns.

  3. Exceptions:

    • Refunds are not available for services rendered (such as completed coaching sessions) or for digital products and courses.

    • Merchandise that is not in original condition (e.g., worn, washed) will not be accepted for return.
